  I have been a member and instructor with this company since 2000 and I can honestly say that we strive to keep abreast of the changing exercise landscape. From the well equipped cardio, free weight and weight machine floor spaces to the wide variety of group exercise classes, and the motivating personal training staff, Renegade will suit whatever your fitness needs...especially if you aren't quite sure what they are! Come by and check us out sometime!
