  Used this dentist for all three of my family members. While the Dr. was nice enough he did give my wife a hard time about not having x-rays. As medical professionals ourselves we strongly believe the patient has a say in treatment. My wife was ready to leave and not have the cleaning done when the doctor relented and agreed to do cleaning.
  
  We found most of the problem to be in the front office, the women running office can be abrupt and sharp.
  
  Also after having a tooth pulled by another dentist my mother in-law wanted Dr. Baratz to just take an x-ray to ensure all the root was out and to make sure all was good but he refused. Said he wouldn't see her if she was having problems from another doctor. My mother in-law was not having problems just simply wanted her regular dentist to make sure all looked well.
  
  Overall they were ok but we have requested our records and are on the look for a new dentist. We feel we can get higher quality of care with nicer front office staff elsewhere.
